A quick and cost efficient way to fix the shaky mirror rather than purchasing new mirror with motor
I purchased this kit and it arrived exactly as described. I had to 'build-up' the bottom fixing point of my internal mirror body as it was badly broken (I did this using J-B Weld). All-in-all a very satisfactory outcome and both mirrors now operate as they should. Thanks CGC!
A simple fix with clear instructions via the QR code. As said, it was very tight to fit and I had to gently prise the mirror up with a screwdriver between the base of the mirror and the mirror housing so that I could fit the bottom screw. But it has fixed the problem, with all shakiness gone.
With the non electric mirrors have to sand the bracket down a little to get it to fit other then that good product
Service was really great and communication was very good also.
I was so sick of the shaky mirrors. I was going to make up my own brackets to fix the problem, and I knew there were aftermarket brackets out there from the U.S.
When I found these brackets, that was it. I had to have them, and at much less cost than the imported models.
Plenty more gear for the 80 series too!
