Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Thats why we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and free from defects or modifications. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@cgcruisers.com.au. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Return Postage

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
    CGC Touring and 4x4 is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how, and where to send your item(s). Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products, special orders, personalised items or any of our custom services (such as consulting, installs and design services). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific item(s).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you are after is to return the initial item(s) you have purchased and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if our products are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and free from defects or modifications. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned goods, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a 20% restocking and admin fee of the product(s) value. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@cgcruisers.com.au.
